Where does Artkeepers operate and ship?

We are currently exclusively delivering to the UAE. But keep an eye out, we are coming closer to you very soon.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All our products are custom-made. It takes 2-3 weeks to receive your order, from the moment we collect your art.

How many pieces of art should I prepare for collection?

It depends on the product. For clothing, only one piece of artwork is needed. For wall art and catalog collections, the number of artworks varies by product.

Make sure to include the exact number of art pieces required for your order. It will be mentioned on the dedicated product page!

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact us at info@theartkeepers.com, and include any relevant photos or videos. We will assist you promptly.

Can I reuse my artwork for another product or reorder it?

Yes! You can reorder or use digitised artwork for other products for a limited period of time. Contact us directly on our contact page or by email at info@theartkeepers.com to place a new order.

Can I access the photos of my art once they’ve been photographed?

We're working on offering digital access to your artwork photos, coming soon!

What should I do if my custom product arrives damaged ?

If your custom product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the product and the shipping box and contact us immediately.

NOTE: if your product arrived damaged and you do not reach out within 15 days of the product being delivered, we will not be able to provide a replacement free-of-charge. To receive a replacement free-of-charge for an item damaged during delivery, you must notify us within the 15 day timeframe.

Can I request a custom design not listed on your website?

If you have a unique request, please contact us at info@theartkeepers.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Catalogue Collection

What formats are available for the Kid's Art Catalogue?

Our kid's art catalogue comes in two different formats: 20x20 cm, and 21x28 cm. All can include from 20 to 90 pages.

Can I customise my Art Catalogue or choose the order of my drawings?

We offer various sizes and customisable photo placement. You can number your artwork and add captions on the back. When nothing is written on the back of your artwork, no caption will be included in the book and our design team will arrange the order of the artwork for you. Can I put more than one artwork per page?

If you have any customisation requirements beyond our standard options, please contact us at info@theartkeepers.com for a quote.

Can I order multiple copies of the Art Catalogue?

Yes, you can order as many copies as you need by specifying the quantity at checkout. For bulk orders or special requests, please contact us. If you've already placed your order and want to add more copies, email us at info@theartkeepers.com.

What happens if my Art Catalogue is not yet delivered or damaged at arrival?

Please contact us at info@theartkeepers.com, and include any relevant photos or videos. We will assist you promptly.

What formats are available for Mosaic Posters?

Our mosaic posters are available in a variety of sizes to suit your space and preferences:

30x40 cm / 12x16″ (12 photos)
40x50 cm / 16x20″ (20 photos)

50x70 cm / 20x28″ (35 photos)

Can I customise the layout of my Mosaic Poster?

What if I want to add a caption or text on my Mosaic Poster?

A caption can be added at the bottom right of the mosaic poster. Please use the text box on the product page to let us know your chosen caption.

Are the Mosaic Posters framed?

Our mosaic posters are provided unframed. Our sizes are standard, making it easy to find a frame from any major local supplier.

What happens if my Mosaic Poster is not yet delivered or damaged upon arrival?

How do I choose the right size?

Are your clothing products true to size?

Some of our products are unisex, so please refer to the size chart on each product page to ensure the correct fit.

What if I want to add a caption or my child's name to the clothing?
