Due to the nature of our products, which are all carefully personalised for each of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchange.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The only instance where we can accept a refund is in case of a damage product.

We have a 14-day policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us about a damaged product.


To be eligible for a refund, you will need to provide evidence of the damage, including pictures of the packaging and the product.


If the refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
